At  Atro Pilates, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your Pilates equipment, we offer a hassle-free return process to ensure your peace of mind.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Items such as mats, straps, and other accessories must be unopened for a return to be processed.
  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to initiate a return or exchange.

 

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. We will provide you with the instructions on how to prepare the equipment for the collection.
  3. Please ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging, and make it ready for the collection.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process, and place a new order for the replacement product.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered.
