Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Items such as mats, straps, and other accessories must be unopened for a return to be processed.
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to initiate a return or exchange.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- We will provide you with the instructions on how to prepare the equipment for the collection.
- Please ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging, and make it ready for the collection.
Return Shipping Costs
- For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.
Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process, and place a new order for the replacement product.
Non-returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered.
