Warranty Policy

All our Pilates equipment is manufactured to high quality standards and designed for long-term professional use. We provide a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty does not cover:

Upholstery (including padding, vinyl, leather, or fabric surfaces)
Quick-wearing or consumable parts (such as straps, ropes, springs, wheels, rubber components, and similar items)
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorised modifications, or accidents

The warranty is valid only when the equipment is used under normal operating conditions and maintained according to our care guidelines.
If a defect covered by warranty is confirmed, we will repair or replace the affected part at our discretion.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What’s Covered?

Manufacturing defects in frames, carriage, and mechanical parts
Structural integrity of wooden or metal components
Defects in factory-installed parts under normal usage conditions

What’s Not Covered?

Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
Normal wear and tear (foam, upholstery, straps, or coatings)
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Damage caused by accidents, improper assembly, or commercial overuse

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please provide:

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
A description of the issue with photos/videos
Contact information and product details
Email your claim to warranty@atropilates.co.uk or visit www.atropilates.co.uk for assistance.

Resolution Process

If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the defective part at no charge.
If repairs are not possible, a replacement or store credit may be offered.
Shipping fees may apply for replacement parts outside the warranty period.
Disclaimer

This warranty is limited to the terms stated above and does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Atro Pilates reserves the right to determine warranty validity.
