Warranty Policy
At Atro Pilates, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and are committed to providing durable, high-performance products. This warranty policy outlines the coverage and terms for your Pilates equipment purchase.
Warranty Coverage
We offer a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the following periods:
- Pilates Reformers & Apparatus: 2 years
- Accessories & Small Equipment: 12 months
- Upholstery & Straps: 12 months (subject to normal wear and tear)
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What’s Covered?
- Manufacturing defects in frames, springs, and mechanical parts
- Structural integrity of wooden or metal components
- Defects in factory-installed parts under normal usage conditions
What’s Not Covered?
- Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
- Normal wear and tear (foam, upholstery, straps, or coatings)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by accidents, improper assembly, or commercial overuse
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please provide:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- A description of the issue with photos/videos
- Contact information and product details
- Email your claim to warranty@atropilates.com or visit www.atropilates.com for assistance.
Resolution Process
- If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the defective part at no charge.
- If repairs are not possible, a replacement or store credit may be offered.
- Shipping fees may apply for replacement parts outside the warranty period.

This warranty is limited to the terms stated above and does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Atro Pilates reserves the right to determine warranty validity.
